Dropoff/Pickup Information
Arrival & Dismissal Procedures
Morning Drop-off/Arrival
Cars may enter campus beginning at 8:35 a.m.
Arriving by Car: Drive down the driveway and continue to enter the drop off loop. DO NOT drive under the covered walkway and please proceed around the modulars while staying on the road. Continue around the back of the building and proceed into the recess area. Pull up to the crosswalk and allow a staff member to assist your child. Student will be leaving through the driver side of the car. They are not to be let out of the car until they reach the sidewalk area (highlighted yellow below). ALL students will enter through the front doors. When leaving, be aware of bus traffic and walkers.
Arriving by Bus: No change. Buses will continue to utilize the loop and ALL students will enter through the front doors.
Arriving on Foot/Walkers: No change. Walk down the driveway and across the same crosswalk. ALL students will enter through the front doors.
Afternoon Dismissal/Pickup
Cars can enter campus from 2:45-3:05 p.m. Late arrivals will have to park on Union Street.
Leaving by Car: Adults drive down the driveway and continue to enter the loop. DO NOT drive under the covered walkway and please proceed around the modulars while staying on the road. Continue around the back of the building and proceed into the recess area. Make three lines of cars, park, and walk to your child's pickup area. K students will exit through Door 12. Grades 1-2 will exit through door 15, and grades 3-4 will exit from the main door. Grade 5 will exit the modular classrooms and walk up the sidewalk. Cars cannot leave until the cones have been moved by a staff member.
Leaving by Bus: No change. Buses will continue to utilize the loop and all students will exit through the front doors.
Leaving on Foot/Walkers: No change. Walk down the driveway and across the same crosswalk. All students will exit through the front doors.
